X-position had an interesting beginning.  In March of 2009 the Grand Rapids Chorus hosted a booth at the Women's Expo at DeVos Place.  We banded together to entertain for the day and had a lot of fun.  A short time later, we decided to learn a few more songs and register as an official Region 3 quartet.

Our name has a double meaning. We did our first public performance as the exposition quartet.  We changed the spelling to X-position to highlight the fact that Linda is an x-bass, x-baritone and x-tenor from previous quartet adventures!

We hail from Holland, Kentwood, and Grandville and enjoy performing wherever and whenever the opportunity presents itself.
